The Company

Incorporated in 1995, By Design offer high quality, focused education workshops and programmes together with professional consultancy and project management services.

We work with schools, LEAs, public and private sector bodies together with a number of blue-chip corporates.  Our reputation is built on providing quality, value-for-money services that meet the needs of our many and varied customers and clients.

Our strength comes from our varied workforce, with skills from acting to zoology and science to sport. Our chairman, Geoff Parsons, is an accomplished lecturer and Olympian, bringing his experience in the arena to join with his business expertise. This heads up the variety that pervades the company - this is our strength.

Our reputation is built on providing quality, value-for-money services individually tailored to meet the needs of our many and varied customers and clients - from individuals to big broadcasting corporations and pharmaceuticals. The Directors

Geoff Parsons, Executive Chairman

A double Olympic High Jumper and medalist at a number of major championships, Geoff has a truly world-class sporting pedigree and understanding of what it takes to achieve success.

Geoff was previously an engineering student at Imperial College, spent six years with one of Britain's top 100 companies and has worked extensively in British sporting and formal politics.

Paul Jones, Managing Director

Originally an engineering graduate from Imperial College, Paul worked for five years for one of the UK’s largest construction materials companies and has over 15 years experience of consultancy and project management.

Geoff and Paul are supported by a senior management team and a staff of over 30 across the Groups' operations.
