Interactive education in action

Learn by Design offers an extensive range of interactive, outreach education workshops, programmes and presentations, targeted at students from Key Stage 2 to the Sixth Form, all underpinned by the National Curriculum. We also offer teacher INSET training.

We deliver across the schools and youth sector, working with individual schools, education business partnerships, SET Points, science centres and many more.

National Curriculum

Engaging

We successfully engage and interest students with our well designed workshops, stimulating activities and exciting interactive equipment such as the batak board and speed cage.

The workshops are led by our experienced team of communicators and teachers, including Olympic athletes and business leaders. They deliver in schools and organisations on daily basis and really understand the needs of students.

Flexible

The programmes are cost effective and fully flexible. They can easily be tailored to meet your needs, whether these be delivering within the daily school timetable or working with groups from 30 to a whole school year.

Safe

We take our legal responsibilities to young people very seriously. All our team are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked and we comply fully with data protection laws.

Safety is of paramount importance to Learn by Design. We hold our own public liability and professional indemnity insurance of £5 million and conduct pre-delivery risk assessments at all venues. All our electrical equipment is PAT (Portable Appliance Test) tested on an annual basis.
