Batak board

In a 30-second test of hand-to-eye coordination, speed, fitness and agility, participants are challenged to react as fast as they can to computer-controlled lights flashing up on the board in front of them.

Sprint challenge

Participants capture their sprinting speed to 1/100th of a second by running a short distance along our sprint carpet between photo-electric sensors. They can compare the displayed time to the world's best.

Speed cage

Participants try to break their speed record kicking a football into an inflatable cage. Visual and very exciting, our radar gun accurately records and displays their speed as participants try again and again.

Cycle ergometers

Participants go head-to-head in a race to cycle as far as they can in 20 seconds on our cycle ergometers. Each bike digitally displays the distance cycled creating a truly competitive and stimulating experience.

Rowing ergometers

A competitive test of power, stamina and technique. Participants go head-to-head in a challenge to row as far as they can in 20 seconds using our Concept 2 rowing ergometers.

Fit for life?

Fun fitness-testing activities related to the science of the body. These include: height, weight, flexibility, balance, resting heart rate, lung function, vertical and horizontal jump, body fat and grip strength.
