News from the Road
We've started the year off with quite a bang - Sara, James and Robbie have been up and down the country working with some of the teenagers in danger of leaving school without qualifications. The Department of Education 'Zero Exclusion' pilot programme with Skillforce is turning out to be a challenging series of workshops, but the team has stepped up to the plate marvellously and are finding the experience extremely rewarding.
We've also been enjoying a tremendous amount of success with the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust/General Electric Aspiring Minds days, where a world-class athlete comes to a school to inspire the students to grasp life with both hands. More details on that and how to book it for your school can be found on our website.
We're also extremely pleased to announce that we'll be taking a trip across the waters to the Isle of Man with our engaging primary workshop 'Ring Leaders'. For a week in mid-February we'll be working from the Manx Museum out to four of the primary schools on the island, and we're all very excited about going to such a lovely part of the British Isles!
