Fenscape welcomes the return of local historian Brian Jones

"To Serve them all of the Day" is the subject of the second talk, of the Summer Lecture Series, being held at Fenscape on Wednesday 7th July at 2pm.

Local historian Brian Jones, Master of Studies of University of Cambridge, will be delivering the talk in his own light hearted style that portrays how people in the past lived and how it relates to today's society. "To Serve them all of the day" will cover all aspects of servant roles that include those working in the grand mansions of wealthy lords to middle class houses, the food and people they served and their poverty stricken lives.
