Spalding Heritage Weekend

Spalding's Heritage Attractions come to life with help from Fens Forward at Fenscape...

On the 13th and 14th March, Fens Forward is helping to bring to life Spalding's FREE Heritage and Visitor Attractions.  As part of the heritage Lottery Funded, Faces and Facts of the Fens: Back to the Future Project, visitors to Fenscape - The Fens Discovery Centre, Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and the Spalding Bulb Museum will be treated to Live Characters, Children's Activities and a Heritage Explorers Leaflet that links the three attractions together as part of a Discovery Trail.  The Heritage Explorers Leaflet has even been translated into Russian and Polish to encourage new residents to the Fens to take part and learn about the unique heritage if South Holland and the wider Fens.

What's more, if visitors complete the Heritage Explorers Leaflet, by visiting all three attractions, they can return their completed leaflet to Fenscape to be entered into a Prize Draw to win family tickets to a Regional Heritage Attraction.
