Operations by Design supplies operational services to the tourism, leisure and educational sectors.

Led by double Olympic athlete Geoff Parsons and co-director Paul Jones, the company's reputation is built on providing quality, value-for-money services that meet our clients' needs.

Successes to date include a five year contract with Lincolnshire County Council to operate their new Fenscape Discovery Centre in Spalding, which combines the operation of a visitor attraction and tourist information service with the development of an on-site learning room environment and retail outlet.
