Operations by Design win Fenscape contract

November saw Operations by Design begin their operational contract to run the Fens Discovery Centre based at Spalding in Lincolnshire. The five year contract, working with Lincolnshire County Council and the Fens Tourism Group, involves the operation and development of the centre which incorporates a visitor attraction, tourist information centre, education room and retail outlet
