Secondary Induction Day

This programme consists of a number of different workshops the pupils rotate around throughout an entire day. The aim is to introduce Y6 pupils from feeder Primary school to their potential secondary school environment. They experience activities that will aid them to develop their leadership, communication, teamwork, presentation and target-setting skills through a mix of physically active, fast-paced sessions, delivered with a fun approach to learning.

Sixth Form Entry Day

After completing GCSEs, students are then faced with the jump into Further Education. This programme looks to help prepare them for the necessary adaptations they will need to make to adjust positively to the increased pressures of life in the Sixth Form. Students are engaged with a series of interactive workshops helping to develop their communication, teamwork, learning, leadership and target-setting skills. Their knowledge of health and fitness, diet, nutrition, psychology as well as lifestyle choices are all put to the test with various challenges.
